Refunds & Credits Policy.

Because all of our products are personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Deposits are non-refundable.

• If production has not yet started, deposits can be applied as store credit toward a future order.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Our goal is for you to love your order, and we’ll always work with you to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
