We are located in Louisiana and each piece is made to order with great care.

  • Free Shipping (USA): We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States.

  • US & Canada Shipping: We ship across the USA and Canada. Orders outside the US include a shipping fee and may have different delivery timelines depending on the carrier.

  • Processing Time: Because every item is custom made, please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipping. We always do our best to ship earlier whenever possible.

  • Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard shipping: 3–9 business days (USA) / 20+ business days (Canada).

    1. Express shipping: 1–4 business days (USA) / 10+ business days (Canada).

Please note that import duties or taxes may apply in your country and are not included in our shipping fees.

We take extra care when packing orders to ensure they arrive safely. If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. We’ll ask for photos of the damage and original packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim process.
