Made to order: Every item is custom-made, so please allow 5–10 business days for production. We always try to ship sooner when possible.
Free shipping: Orders over $250 ship free within the USA. We also ship to Canada (with shipping fees and longer delivery times).
No refunds for custom work: Because each piece is personalized, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind. However, deposits can be used as credit if production hasn’t started.
Replacements: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Prices: Prices may change without notice, but we’ll always keep things fair and transparent.
